Adnova Group was founded by Stephanie and Ryan Bennett, two experienced operators who spent their careers building and scaling teams at high-growth companies. After years of leading technology, product, operations, and customer success functions, they recognized a persistent challenge that growth-stage companies face: the need for senior-level expertise without the cost, risk, or commitment of full-time executive hires.

Big consulting firms deliver thick reports and leave. Individual freelancers often lack the enterprise experience needed to navigate complex challenges. Adnova fills that gap. We provide seasoned operators who embed directly in your team, roll up their sleeves, and drive measurable results.
